mathuo 7efe8920e2 chore: rename CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md with symlinks for compatibility

Rename all CLAUDE.md files to AGENTS.md (tool-agnostic name) and create
CLAUDE.md symlinks pointing to them. Update root and per-package agent
instructions to reflect current NX/Yarn tooling and add package-specific
AGENTS.md files for each package.
