Address issues identified during review

Why:

* Improve build instruction on RPI.

This change addresses the need by:

* --depth 1 removal for git clone,
* change name of the directory from tensor_src to tensorflow_src,
* improve PATH setup in case other cross-tools are installed,
* change the compilator version used to build the tensorflow package.
